As we reflect on our performance in the past years, we will like to thank you, our esteemed customer, for your patronage which is the reason for our success. We are sincerely grateful for your immense support, your invaluable contributions and for giving us the opportunity to serve you as your trusted investment partner. While we are excited about our achievements over the years, we will like to share with you our vision for the future.

As we review and analyse global trends, we have revised our strategic thrust to renew our focus on our investment management and advisory businesses where we see opportunities to serve you better in wealth management, securities brokerage, trust, and advisory services. In view of the revised strategic plan, we have been exploring opportunities to transfer the management of our retail businesses to a strategic partner. We will keep you informed of developments on this in coming days.

In addition to renewing our focus on our core businesses, we will also focus on the development of our digital platforms, to improve our provision of personalised service offerings to you.

As the world continues to experience greater integration through globalization, and as we see more of our customers seek services to manage their foreign currency investments, we will also focus on the internationalization of our operations. Towards the achievement of this goal, we commenced the process of opening an office in the United Kingdom in 2021. We will provide more information on this during the year.
